I would be remiss in not thanking my son for the actual typesetting of the scores for my songs, and for being my on-site computer resource when things go wrong.  As well, we both rely on my wife and daughter, the musical members of the family, for help in fine-tuning the lyrics and sorting out the odd issue of correct musical notation for us.  Certainly it is family support that makes this all possible.
